Picker Elliott Estate Agents was founded in 2004 by two passionate professionals, Steve Picker and Mark Elliott. With a shared vision of delivering honest, high-quality service in the property sector, we set out to build a business rooted in trust, transparency, and local expertise.
Approximately a year into their journey, Mark Elliott made the decision to leave the industry. From that point forward, Steve Picker took the reins, continuing to build on the company’s strong foundation as the sole owner. His commitment to excellence and customer service became the driving force behind our agency’s continued growth and solid reputation in the community.
In 2014, a new chapter began. The business was officially registered as a limited company, marking a milestone in its professional development. This transition also saw the introduction of a new key figure to the team—Steve’s wife, Izabela Picker. Izabela brought with her a fresh perspective and a strong dedication to client care, helping to further elevate the company’s service offering and operational strength.
Together, Steve and Izabela and our fantastic team have continued to develop Picker Elliott into a trusted, family-run estate agency, committed to providing a personal and professional service to every client. Their story is one of resilience, evolution, and a deep-rooted passion for helping people find their perfect homes.
I started my career in estate agency in 1998 at the age of 19. Over these years, I have acquired a great deal of experience including building a business from a cold start to be one of the market leaders, with a very good reputation in our covered area. Outside of work? I love F1, rugby and answering my children’s questions.
I have a natural interest in admin and accounts, now qualified with propertymark, I can help with any questions you may have. Outside of work? I love reading, walking and drinking.
Having worked in the estate agency sector since 2004, I have gained industry qualifications and a trusted reputation across my local community. I grew up in Nuneaton and started as a lettings negotiator, working my way through various roles in both sales and lettings and now offer this knowledge as Sales and Auctions manager. Outside of work? I have three daughters…
I have worked in the industry for over 20 years. I have gained considerable knowledge, I’m confident with decision making which enables me to deal with any situations quickly and professionally.
I joined Picker Elliott in 2020, and have loved every minute of working with such a fun team. I’m thoroughly involved in the sales negotiation and sales chasing. I love helping people to move home. Outside of work. Holidays. I love my holidays.
I joined picker Elliott in 2024 and have quickly got involved with all aspects of selling property and chasing the sales through to completion. Outside of work? I love fitness and have compete in Wolf runs.
I joined Picker Elliott in 2020 with my main focus being with the lettings department as well as sales when and where needed. Outside of work? I enjoy time with my children, husband and attending local gigs.
